You did sign up for it. At some point while shopping online, you were offered 10% cash back on a purchase during or after check out and that's when you signed up. To cancel, go to the FreeShipping.com website and contact customer support. Search your email account for emails from FreeShipping.com and that should tell you when you signed up.
They said they would cancel me then charged us the next month.
Called the next month and they said they cancelled last month but we opened up another account- I said NO WHY WOULD I DO THAT?
