The ECU that I ordered arrived on time in excellent condition. Being preprogrammed was a bonus, and it had no flaws. Email correspondence for the entire process was appreciated. Overall great customer service.

Ordered ECM for 2013 Chevy Equinox on 9/28/24. Received it a few days later and tried to install. It was not Plug and Play as stated. Had to call 3 different times for instructions to program key. Kept getting wrong instructions. Have called multiple times because it would not work and was given the same information every time. They are dragging their feet with an answer on what to do! I finally called today and said I want a refund! The Rep said I had to pay shipping and a charge of $85. I told her I am not paying anything to return a part that I was assured was going to work! When you have to call a company so many times because the part isn't working, it should not be my responsibility to pay anything! The Rep did send a prepaid label to return and if I don't receive my full refund, I will be making calls to the Attorney General's office. This is not great customer service by making me responsible for a guaranteed part! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Bought for my father's PT Cruiser. After he sunk a lot of money into it, and still had issues, a new computer seemed to be the only possible fix. Was a bargain compared to everything else he had tried. A few hundred bucks, and a couple weeks later, new ECU showed up ready to plug and play. It's been months now since the install, with no issues whatsoever! Even if there was, their lifetime warranty keeps me at ease. Definitely worth every cent to turn a problem child into a reliable daily driver. Have and will recommend to anyone who might need this as a fix. Thanks Flagship One!

I was told that it could take up to 5 days for testing and programming and another 3 days for shipping. Coming from NY to WA I assumed it would likely be the full 8 days. Nope! Ordered it on Monday received it Thursday night. Installed it Friday morning and all issues were resolved and Jeep running better than ever. Noticeably better! The gentleman who took my call was very thorough and explained everything in detail including instructing me on activating the lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Flagship One

Tip for consumers:
You cannot talk to anyone in the Tech. Dept. when called and asked to talk to that department. The time frames are poor when trying to solve an issue. They make you responsible for shipping and restocking fee of $85 when the part is faulty.

Every unit I have ordered has been fantastic! Reliable & accurate plug & play units. While the units have taken much longer to receive than expected & my initial experience with addressing that was not handled like I would have hoped, their account manager has since followed up with me about my concerns & addressed them accordingly. I had a bad distributor which caused my car to not start. After programming for my security features on my Chevy blazer all my gauges started working correctly. We also found out the timing was off and had to solve that problem. A new distributor,cam sensor,and cap solved that problem and the vehicle is running well.

Will not use your company again. I purchased a preprogrammed computer. It arrived without any vin or program in the computer. I programmed it with Gm software and then it had codes for processor failure. I reached out for help and would have to mail it in to have it analyzed. My customer could not wait that long. Where was all the rigorous testing the web site said you perform. I had to purchase from another site to get my customer vehicle repaired.

Original ecm throwing a code for intake manifold runner. Replaced same. Code would not go away. Dealer wanted $$$$$$$ to "fix". 3 bolts, 2 connectors later (and a good price from flagship)--- hardest part of the job was opening the hood. Code cleared almost immediately. (re-learn takes a few "drive cycles"). Saved mucho bucks. Am pleased as punch.

Flagship 1 has lived up to everything they said they would do. I had tested the sensors and all
Components and determined the OBC was not performing. My son actually found the web site and was comfortable with ordering from them, but I am old school. So I checked with our local Dodge dealer on how they handled this problem. This resulted in mostly negative remarks about repair shops outside factory authorized.
I liked your personnel's attention to detail etc. in handling my order, keeping me informed on the testing process, shipping and warranty information. The unit arrived on time as planned. I installed it easily and it ran the first time I hit the starter. And is still running smoothly. Thank you for all your help.
I'm 77 years old and have always worked on my own vehicles but this was the hardest one.

I think the website ordering and progress from order to shipping is one of the best I've seen.
Computer arrived as described, I just had an issue with the instructions for the PATS system programming was not correct. It did require a service call from a locksmith to program the keys (cost nearly as much as the computer) The manual procedure would never have worked.
