I was changing the engine wiring harness at the same time (bad connector at the PCM in addition to the PCM completely faulty also). Once the wiring harness went on, along with the new starter alternator, throttle body and once I was able to clear about a dozen OBD trouble codes, the Jeep is running just fine now. Installation of the PCM itself was easy and it is a solid part.
The order entry process with Zia was easy and straight forward. She said that the unit would need to be programmed before it ships and that would take 4 to 5 business days. As it turned out though, it was over twice that. I was disappointed in that because it was for a work van and I was out of business for that period of time. On a positive note, the unit did fix the problem and the van runs fine now.
Ordered ECM for 2013 Chevy Equinox on 9/28/24. Received it a few days later and tried to install. It was not Plug and Play as stated. Had to call 3 different times for instructions to program key. Kept getting wrong instructions. Have called multiple times because it would not work and was given the same information every time. They are dragging their feet with an answer on what to do! I finally called today and said I want a refund! The Rep said I had to pay shipping and a charge of $85. I told her I am not paying anything to return a part that I was assured was going to work! When you have to call a company so many times because the part isn't working, it should not be my responsibility to pay anything! The Rep did send a prepaid label to return and if I don't receive my full refund, I will be making calls to the Attorney General's office. This is not great customer service by making me responsible for a guaranteed part! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!
Tip for consumers:
You cannot talk to anyone in the Tech. Dept. when called and asked to talk to that department. The time frames are poor when trying to solve an issue. They make you responsible for shipping and restocking fee of $85 when the part is faulty.

Placed order. Item showed up the day specified. They kept me informed and up to date with shipping and time of arrival and any help needed. Emailed me instructions on procedure of remote start and key fob installation if needed.had no trouble with install or key fob. Did need a crankshaft positioning sensor relearn, had to buy buy Amazon plug-in computer for GM vehicles about another $160 additionally. But over all Great all the way around, saved money and vehicle is back on the road. Thank you.
Buying was easy. Price was great. Shipping ect was normal. When I went to install the ECM the one connector didn't seat the whole way. I finally discovered there was a large piece of an old connector broke off up inside of the ECM plug. After some work I managed to get it removed and the pins straightened back out. If your going to refurbish something make sure it's right before sending it off guys.
Everything worked as it should thankfully, I was a bit upset on how long it took to ship due to some issues they were having and the ecm can in externally damaged but things happen and for the price I can't really complain.

The process was made very easy and clear. If you are up to installing the part in your own car you can understand the process of getting the correct part. Communication was good and timely. Part took a few days longer to ship than I thought it might but there was clear communication about it and that made it no big deal. Part was packaged VERY well. PCM ordered for Dodge Charger, eventually received and works perfectly right out of the box. Would have been 5 stars but it took a few weeks to receive contrary to initial expectations, though customer service via email and phone was great. Abby and Christina listened to my concerns and were responsive. Unfortunately car could not be repaired quickly due the the long delay with preparing and shipping out the Item. Would by from again.

Part was available (without sending a core) and reasonably priced. Delivery was as promised (quick) and communication through the process (order/part preparation/programming/testing/shipping) was thorough and followed each step.
I've only bought an engine control unit online once before (from a different supplier that time) and had some trepidation about doing it again, but Flagship was great. I strongly recommended them!
This product is as it should be. Did need a tow to dealership to have keys paired with new ECM as expected. They waited until my purchase was complete before offering me credit for the core. I don't need credit for another one, could have really used that money at time of sale.
The ecm for perfectly. It was plug and play. No programming or anything else necessary. It worked exactly as expected and I would definitely purchase another from flagship if need ever arises.

Just as the title says. I contacted customer service and they set me up with the right product. It took a little bit of time to get the PCM as they had to reject one of the ones they tested. It did end up taking a couple of weeks, but it's not like my truck was going anywhere. The product worked and installed easily and the truck now moves while it didn't do so before. Thank you.

My water pump busted and sprayed water everywhere, I needed to replace a lot of parts but the PCM was my real concern cause I always heard it would take at least 2 months to get here but it took maybe 2 weeks. Was very pleased by how quickly it was delivered. 10/10
I found this company in the internet. From the get go they kept me well informed and I received the unit. They gave me instructions on how to program my keys, unfortunately nothing worked so I had to call a locksmith. This was not their fault as everything I read on their website mentioned that could happen anyways. So far my Cadillac had been doing well with no issues.
Went as it should out of a company. Ordered online and got it in a few days. Everything works and went well. No complaints. Won't give 5 stars just because I this is how it should be and I didn't speak to anyone so can't rate customer service.
Phone conversation of support person was great! She knew the PCM module that was in the camper was not the original per the VIN and that it was a correct alternate.
Received updates from Princess Escoto (cute email address) and Flagship One on status of the product.
The PCM was plug n play when it arrived. :D check engine light went off as soon as the van was started up.

Received my unit and plugged it in and worked out perfect. No problems and no adjustment's and would recommend this to anyone. I changed sensors all over my truck to find the problem and after 2 years even the dealership could not fix it, they said it was too old.
Worked as it should. But still have same codes. So I should have just kept the other one in. Because it only changed the way it idles and now I have a code that will not go away and I cannot get it fixed without a more specific computer to change the way the camshaft is positioned. But it is what it is. I'm sure I've got a way bigger issue going on.

Was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily, we received an email saying it had been delivered and we drove down to the address where we thought it might have gone and it was there in the mailbox. Luckily no one lives at that address at this time. It was shipped to 128 Crooked Creek Road and not Crooked Creek Village.
