I made a purchase on the 23rd January 2017, received confirmation of purchase and payment to my correct email address. It is now 14 days and I have not received my parcel. Purchase no R1701241425149799. Was able to go on to the chat room and where I was given a tracking number JJD0002256681502575. Yodel.co.uk was contacted on phone number 08447550117. They have informed us that they have had notification of the parcel, but the parcel was never delivered to them. It is now day 15. Have made several attempts this morning to get back on the chat room, but it informs us that it is the Chinese holiday and will not be open until 3/2/2017. I have no other means of contacting your office. System is dreadful and it would accept our email address or password. If I say I have forgotten my password then it tells me that my email address is incorrect. Yet I have an email from your company confirming my purchase. What should |I do, if I do not get a reply I will take the matter further.
