At Gearbest's support centre, ticket messages do not load - unable to check their response to my faulty product... Anyone experienced the same?

Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back.
There is a reason that they are NOT on eBay...
So my advice to everyone is to stay far away from this socalled Company... No mail, no adress, no phone?

Don't waste your time ( I spent 3 weeks) to resolve issue with GB. Report to paypal and claim your money back.

Yep! Happens all the time... It seems to me this company sends one correct item to one customer, forget to send it to 10 others and send faulty ones to 20 others... Nice Ay to money! Just wait Adam! The next message, they will send you, as they of course will see this comment of yours, will be something lile " we are sorry... Bla bla bla, please send us a poicture of your faultty items so we can find a proper answer to your problem" or " we are sorry for your problem we will send you anotjer one if you send u back this one" at your expense of course! :D : D
Personaly, I get my money back thru Paypal and stop with these fake companies like GearBest!

Yeah they wanted me to send them a picture of my credit card and license! They were trying to commit fraud. Although they stated it was to stop fraud lol. I write a bad review every day til I get $ back.

They don't want to talk with you about issues, I've been trying to settle something with them for 2 months and still no resolution. At least you got your product, I didn't get anything after paying them. I did have problems looking at my tickets too, I finally went to their home page at gearbest.com and clicked on the little icon at top to log into their site and was finally able to bring up my tickets. Hope this helps, other people who read this DON'T BOTHER WITH GEARBEST, YOU DON'T GET YOUR ITEMS, YOU DON'T GET ANY HELP, I'VE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY DON'T TALK TO THEM EITHER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE...

Yes, I had the same problem. You must save the page you're original ticket was on our you will have a hell of a time finding out again, much less, having it load again. This is one of the many reasons I have told people to not do business with Gearbest. I am so sorry you are having problems with them. When all is said and done with your order please come back here and post your review so other people can learn about what you went through.

My experience with this so called company has been bad. Fortunately I did get my money back. You need to go with well established and reputable companies like amazon or ebay.

I have open dispute with Paypal, GearBest asked me to cancel my dispute and wait till 46 days( after their shipment) it is already more than 65 days. Still I have not recieved my items, not refund either. I am waiting for papal. I do not want to communiticate with this people any more.

I think everyone is having the same issue Adam. I don't necessarily know if they are setting out to defraud people, my hunch is that they are this one or 2 man company and they've over-advertised and now they can't keep up with the demand, because i'm slowly getting responses from someone named lily there (allegedly) that is telling me they promise my order should ship by 10/20. But if you ordered your order through paypal and do not wish to continue to wait. File a dispute through paypal, then within that time you have 30 days to turn it into a claim, turn it into a claim. You will get your money back to your paypal acct within 30 days, it's the law because of the Fair Credit Act
