on 12/21/15Send support an email, they are usually prompt to answer in 24-48 hrs. Sometimes they have to await shipment from another warehouse before they can fill your order. It has happened to me a couple of times. I've placed many orders so far, and I have gotten them all. Sometimes it is slow. My fastest order got here in 10 days, the slowest in about 25. America Line(IB) tracking numbers can be tracked at http://www.myib.com/cn-english/ America Line(SF) and others can be tracked at http://www.17track.net/en Once the packages enter the US, they will be issued a USPS tracking number. If shipped to a country other than the US, it will be issued tracking for your standard mail carrier when it enters your country. Also make allowances for overseas travel time(most packages are shipped from China), and for time spent in customs. Hope this helps!
Go through your Credit Card company. At least in my case they took it on as a their issue and refunded me. GearBest is simple terrible
