hi Gear Best staff,

I have placed an order and paid a high fee for expedite shipping on the same. The tracking number you gave me seems to be invalid and after 5 days, too I receive a message from your customer rep that it takes time for the agent to upload the record.

When I speak to courier agent (DHL), they tell me their records are updated on real time basis and they havent received the parcel.

I dont understand this delay. I require this product asap as I travel out of the country soon.
