I made a purchase back in February which arrived so damaged I refused to accept it at post office, since then Gearbest informed me that I would not be refunded, as the shipping cost was high... very strange response. I currently spend about $1000/month at Banggood without similar issues. I never received a refund or replacement item from Gearbest, and so, can you give me any reason whatsoever to risk spending any money here again? I have plenty of buying to do, but require a vendor that can at least be trusted. So far, it's a big fail at Gearbest, and they are still in the red, owing me my refund.
