I cancelled my order and they completely ignored me when i asked for a refund.
I was in touch with Amazon telling them about my problem, Amazon were brilliant and i had my refund within a couple of weeks.
Had i not contacted Amazon i feel that i would have got no refund, gearbest didnt even bother answering my emails
Buy from gearbest again? Only if there's a blue moon in conjunction with hell freezing over

Pay with Paypal! I purchased 2 items and never received them. Shipping showed they were not moving, after months they finally said they would refund me only. 50%. WHAT? I ask them to just resent me the items and they told me no. I filed a case with Paypal and they refunded me all my money. They lost a great customer, if they would of treated me right I would have probably purchased more things but I will NEVER get anything from them again.

Don't trust Gearbest, after tracking showed parcel still in Heathrow Airport for 2 months, offered 40% refund - claimed the full amount thru Paypal BUYER BEWARE

Yes. I dont recomend them too. They sell not aș described items. And i have now over 2 months trying to recover my money... a bad site!

It might take 3 months or it might never arrive.
Most of those products are made from shitty components which will fail after a month or not work even out of the box!

DO NOT buy from that site, how haard is it to understand that with all the Negative reviews. People just must be complete *****s. Its such a NO brainer even people without an education should understand its all a big scam company

I am sorry but I cannot agree with the negative comments about Gearbest. I have found shipping and quality of my orders and merchandise very satisfactory. If there has been an issue with an item, I have found them to be very communicative and responsive. I have not had any problems dealing with them directly and I have placed numerous orders. Seems to me, most of the customers that had issues dealt through Paypal, but that is only my observation and I don't know why that would impact anything.
I am very happy with Gearbest.
