To go with my original question. My order number is WW1512251520497434 f a package was cleared in customs and is waiting to be picked up, what should i do? Fedex keeps asking me for a AIRBILL NUMBER. And i dont know what that is. What is a airbill number? My package has been just sitting in customs after bein cleared for 3 days.
