I received damaged stud earrings from Gilt, via Eye Candy LA. This was due to Eye Candy improperly packaging them for shipment. If they had only boxed them!? Gilt handled my issue immediately sending a free return shipping label. They have great customer service

I ordered a necklace & when it arrived, was in a giant knot. I couldn't untangle, so I wrote to customer service. I've exchanged 6 emails with them, and sent 2 photos over the last week. $22.00 necklace! Assumed they were blowing me off, so looked for necklace elsewhere. Gilt listed its retail price at $125.00. Found it on line for $16.00 at kohls, $19.98 at Nordstrom. Complete scam. AVOID GILT!

Do not order anything from this garbage place. I ordered a pair of boots I usually wear a 9 I got a 10 just to be safe. I paid $22 extra for express delivery. The boots were $79.99. The next day I sent the boots back. That was 5 days ago. They just received the boots back that I paid $99 in total. The customer service is horrible. $ 99 later they said the refund me $64. So I basically got robbed $35. They charged me $12.99 shipping to return the boots. All I wanted was to exchange for a size 11. But do to the horrible customer service and all there bs I'll gladly take the $35 loss to never buy garbage from glit.
Do not shop here. There size chart makes zero sense. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I'm disgusted with this place.

Ordered a dress and received it damaged have contacted GILT several times without any luck.
They have completely ignored my messages and how to go about it by returning damaged dress without them deducting second shipping FEE!

Do the deliveries ever really come? I have had a package in process to me for a month now. It keeps getting delayed, "its not lost" according to customer service. A new scan within 2 weeks and this companies policies are that its not lost. Last day of the 2 weeks and a new scan is made... what is really going on here. I ordered 2 packages and same experience. What an awful experience. What a horrible way to conduct business. This is ridiculous.

I was sent an offer for one price then charged a higher one. When I sent an email questioning it I was told that it on final sale so there is nothing they can do. My recommendation is don't waste your time and money using them. They are dishonest!

I ordered 3pair jeans on March 25. Months later and 2 phone calls to them they ship one pair. They tell me the rest are out of stock. So the prices are low but that doesn't mean you will ever get what you order. It's not a reliable website. They don't stock anything just pass orders along to others. Maybe you get what you order maybe you don't.

Bought a Honey-Can-Do rolling cart from Gilt. First one came with a dent (due to non-existent padding to protect the cart), for which the manufacturer promptly sent a replacement. The second one arrived, and one of the metal boards, though wrapped in plastic, has hand prints and paw prints all over it. It is quite disgusting to be honest, to know that some animal has trampled on it. I blame it on the manufacturer, but when I emailed Gilt to either give me my money/credit back, or offer me something else, they plainly said there is nothing else they can do about it. I am not surprised this store is having such low ratings.

I purchased a pair of boots reduced from $495 to $199.00. Should have known it was too good to be true.
The boots became unsewn at the heel after wearing them 4 times in beautiful weather. They refused to take them back even after i sent them detailed photos. They buy rejects at a super low price and try to pass the merchandize as good. Do not buy from them.

I have ordered on Gilt's website 14 times, all got cancelled due to payment issues that no other retailer has. The system cancels orders after it does not hear a text confirmation. All times, I got no text confirmations. I provided 3 payment types (per the customer service advice), matched all my info to the last letter. The system continues to cancel. I could never pass their system. Terrible experience. And their customer service has no way of helping you. It is a shame. The clothes they had was what I needed. This is the first time I've experienced these many problems with them trying to order. To no avail.

For Christmas, I ordered an expensive bracelet for my mother as a Christmas present. The envelope arrived but there was no bracelet inside. The shipping label proved that the vendor mailed an empty envelope. Called Gilt to report the scam and they did nothing. Only excuses. So I had to call my
Bank and dispute the charge to get my money back. Please be aware.

I bought the dynamic lab "Mega lip plumper", advertised for $170 but discounted to $29. What a rip off! Absolutely NO plumping effect at all. On my receipt it said cost $0 but they charged me and I have it on my bank statement. This company should be looked at by the BBB! Don't waste your money!

My fault, but I received a notice from GILT this they wanted my business back and offered me a $25 credit for doing so.
I found some cow skin kidney pillows on their site - $222 value on sale for 50%+ off for $99 "Natural Group Pack of 2 Torino Madrid Pillow". With my $25 credit, only $74.
I should have done my research, because when I Googled the products, they show up all over the internet for $29-$39 as an every day price. NO ONE has these pillows ever retailing for anything near $222!
This is nothing more than complete misrepresentation by GILT and I honestly believe there are Federal laws against this type of behavior. Word of caution - check the product elsewhere online before hitting the 'buy now' button on GILT.

I ordered a small martini table from GILT after they sent me a $35 credit to earn my business. The table was listed on their site at an MSRP of $170 and they were selling it "55% off" for $79.99. Considering similar tables at RHardware are $400-$500, I felt like this was pretty good buy.
It arrived a few days later in a small box and required 4 screws to assembly it and was light as a feather (by contrast the RHardware ones are welded steel and weigh about 10-15 pounds). The package only had 3 of the 4 screws I needed, and 2 of those were stripped. Complete piece of junk.
To add insult to injury, the table had a tag on it, so I went to the website and there is the table. Everyday MSRP of $80.00 and on sale for $68.00. https://www.jamesdar.com/product-page/camden-side-table
I might add, this this table is not really even worth the $80 (or $68) that the vendor has it listed for. At best, this should be a $15 item at your local WalMart.
For GILT to advertise the product as a $170 product is nothing short of misrepresentation and FRAUD.
Customer service has yet to contact me after two emails and two phone calls.
Do not buy from this company - they are a compete rip off.
UPDATE: GILT Customer service just called me back and they are going to allow me to return this item for a complete refund (the item was not returnable). I have updated their Customer Service to 5*, but still am upset that they misrepresented the product.

I reached out to Gilt for them to advise because it have been used. It's nothing they can do. These Lafayette pants was damage and destroy after only one time used not only irregular but poorly made. Very poor customer service for customers that spend lots of money.I am not recommended to any one.

I purchased a table with six chairs for my patio from Gilt thinking since it's Gilt they have great product little that I knew the chairs didn't last longer than 5 months. What a waste of money I will never order anything from them again. I brought it up to their customer service and sent me an email that there is nothing they can do $1000 down the drain.

I was a regular customer, buying often until 3 years ago. I bought a set of towels for $159.95. The entire lot must have been defective. The towels, each and every one, gathered/pulled a few inched from the trim, on the decorative stitching. I have contacted GILT for help, and they act interested, even asked for pictures last week. I then get an email saying it's out of the return time. I have towels that are much older that although thinner, are still usable. These towels can only be used to mop up spills. I can't use them in the gym, or by the pool the gathered up area is nasty and makes it uncomfortable to use.

I purchased a YSL purse for $1,400 and only wore it a few times and the sides already started to wear down completely! They would not let me return the product because it has been past 30-days and because it was worn, yet they are selling a fake product that is over-priced. Their customer service team is rude and unprofessional. I am so disappointed with GILT. I would be very cautious of purchasing designer items from them. You will save $200-$300 but you will NOT get the real quality item, I promise you. Stay away!

I never thought Gilt would sell counterfeit goods. I've been a loyal customer for a long time and I recently purchased Uggs which I have the exact same pair already. They arrived and I'm utterly shocked and disappointed. There are about 4 Ugg logos on a boot and none of them has the registered R where my old pairs have registered R on every logo. And these pairs from Gilt feel cheap and light and much stiffer fur and the color is a little off too. Different hue of tan if that make sense.

This is a fun site. It seems that there are great deals to be had. But I ordered an oriental style rug described as 100% wool. When it arrived it was almost threadbare, of poor quality and non-returnable. Won't do that again.

They have good deals but when I consider exchange rate, shipping, tax and duties etc, then it ends up being pretty much the same as retail price in Canada. Zulily made Canadian site. Why Gilt isn't making one?

They still don't give you great service on returns. It always costs unless you want a credit with them =$10.00! I do like their products and shop there all the time. Good deal on shipping if you plan to buy more than once in 30 days-otherwise you can pay $10.00 for one little item. Still worth looking at as there quality is fantastic.
