on 6/14/15I've used Gold Star probably 50 times, and never once did the venue question my reservation. You always get an email or iPhone confirmation that you can take with you to the Will Call desk as proof of payment (I've never needed it). If you're in doubt, I suggest calling the venue directly.
If Goldstar sells you a ticket, you HAVE a valid ticket. There is no question at the venue. I always take my confirmation with me and have never had to present it; I just give my name.
I have never had an issue when purchasing tickets from Gold Star. The tickets are always at Will Call at the venue location. As they would if you purchased them directly. If it makes you more comfortable save your Goldstar confirmation after purchase, but I have never had to shoe my confirmation. Just go up to Will Call at the venue lication and give them your name.
