Hello William, I hope you gave us a call. We do not run small, however you may be 1/2 size bigger with our styles.

Hello Sandy, We recommend trying the ION shoe, and to maximize the experience, order a high arch orthodic. They may feel great without the g-comfort orthodic depending on the shape of your foot, but we recommend trying it first, you can always return or exchange.

Hello Roger, Our shoes come with a 30 day free return or exchange. We also have a 90 day warranty, however if you pass the 90 days, please call us so we can try to accommodate you, each case varies after the normal 90 day policy.

I have plantar fasscitis and i also have bumps on the back of my heel bone. i was wondering if these shoes are good for this... i saw an ad in a magazine yesterday. the bottom of my foot doesn't really hurt like it did... it is the back of the heel where the bumps are that hurt the worst.
