Don't bother! Cancel your membership asap! The quality since Shutterfly bought it is HORRBLE... grainy, poor color, and their customer service is worse!

It doesn't take more than a couple of minutes so if I were you I would try again just turn off the program reboot your phone and start over.

It usually downloads quickly. Did u upload 100 or just 99? If it only does 99 go back and upload 1 more or check the 1 that didn't download.
