on 7/9/15I have lost all confidence in this company since they have no customer support number and fail to respond to an email! I was so excited to but this as a gift to my 3 daughters (which was information I included in my email) and one would THINK they would have responded. Very disappointing and not a company I want to work with. Shark Tank should be equally disappointed!
It is still $2.99 that's what I was told when they replied to all my comments just at the beginning of this month I was happy with groovebook when I started using them then it's like they stopped caring about quality and customers I went as far as contacting my attorney over a situation they kept messing up my books and they kept charging my card and I didn't receive anything I finally got 3 free books credited to my account and again they messed up they just keep coping the same pictures and not my new pictures I would recommend groovebook to no1
Several months ago Groovebook was purchased by Shutterfly, when that happened they started to charge tax in most locations, that is why the cost went up the $. 19. I was aggravated as well. I have also noticed a number of other differences as well, but I am not going to list them here as that is not the question. If you want to get a hold of them there is an email address you can email that is in the "information" tab at the bottom under instructions and FAQ. The email address is either billing@groovebook.com or info@groovebook.com depending on if you are looking for billing issues info or info info. If you email them they will get back to you, however, don't expect the same customer service as with the creator of the Groovebook, its just not there. I do continue to use Groovebook because its still a good bargain and I do recommend the app to others although i don't get anything from it like you once did.
I hope this helps.
Ha, ha - wish there were an 800 number - there are no PEOPLE to talk to; that's their plan!
Keep emailing and eventually you might get a response.
