how many customers do yee annually revoke room bookings after taking money and confirming that accomdation has been rreserved.

I have a reservation 96160428. Reserved at: 21:23, March 26 and in contact with the hotel, I was informed that it was canceled at the request of HAPPYROOMS, why? What is going on? What phone number to contact you?
