on 3/25/10Any others had any problems with HDE.
I did on 3/23/2010 contact my mail lady and she reaffirmed she had picked up the item to return to HDE and put into the U S Postal system. I informed HDE and they said since I had appealed via Amazon's A-to-Z guarantee program, they HDE could do not more. Essentially, they confirmed in my mind what I believe about them. Never again!
Very honestly, I like Amazon and I have never any problems with them... but, this associate company HDE is not my cup of tea. So beware!
