Thanks for that information. I have never used the Amazon A-Z guarentee and wondered if it was really worth it or not, but it sounds like from what you are saying that their guarentee is fairly meaningless. I might stay clear of third party companies on amazon.

Any others had any problems with HDE.

I did on 3/23/2010 contact my mail lady and she reaffirmed she had picked up the item to return to HDE and put into the U S Postal system. I informed HDE and they said since I had appealed via Amazon's A-to-Z guarantee program, they HDE could do not more. Essentially, they confirmed in my mind what I believe about them. Never again!

Very honestly, I like Amazon and I have never any problems with them... but, this associate company HDE is not my cup of tea. So beware!
