The only way you would be able to remove false unfavorable reviews is t hire an attorney and sue. If you contact Healthgrades by e-mail they will eventually contact you and you can sign up for their instructional classes on how to improve your ratings; for a fee.
Unfortunately I have no idea how to remove a review. I am sure there must be a procedure to contest false unfavorable reviews, but all I can do is contact the site and register a complaint and request an opportunity to present your reclamma.
