Purchased 2 packages of 18 ft rope light some time ago. today finally opened one package... a green liquid was all over the inside of the sealed package... what is it and is it dangerus. what should i do with it? betty

Answer:

Hi Betty, you can also return without receipt if you purchased using your credit card. Give them the same CC and they can tell the price you bought at.
