on 10/18/19Hi,
Thank you for your question. Hubzu strives to exceed the customer's expectation by delivering the best service possible to every one of our customers. We also maintain a A+ rating with the BBB. However, Hubzu can receive negative reviews when we do not meet the expectation of the customer. In those instances, we promptly respond and work with the customer throughout their interaction with us. We welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns that you have with you so feel free to email us at customeradvocacyteam@altisource.com.
Thanks

Hubzu is owned by Altisource, first they make you try to obtain convetional financing on homes in distress. Secondly if you can finance the home (even if contingent on financing) they only give you 15 days to submit a loan denial, to obtain your funds back. Many loan officers cannot get a file processed in that amount of time. Altisource's headquarters are in Luxembourg which isnt in the US, so do yourself a favor and save your self the stress we have been put through and find another home.
We have had to hire an attorney to obtain our earnest money back. I do not wish this madness on anyone.
These people are scammers big time out of the philliphines
