The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.

I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.

Company to aggressive on you subscribing. Can't take no for an answer. Tried to bribe with free products 4 times before you could end order. Will keep me from ordering next time, do not like sales tactics.

I finally ordered a product so that the constant emails would stop. This is overly obsessive marketing. Fourteen days seems like a short time to try & return. I'm nervous about returning it in time & the charges that will happen if I don't. Too much pressure for a simple beauty product.

The app is easy to navigate and I love how the app is setup to help you to find your perfect shade, which really helped me decide the shade of concealer that was perfect for my complexion. Also, in selecting the right lip crayon, although there were various colors on a few different models with various skin tones, I think it would be beneficial if you had a way to try on the colors for eyes, face, and lips virtually by either the system allowing you take a picture or use one of your pictures that you already have saved. I also really appreciate getting free gifts with a certain amount ordered and really like the discounts that I have received. It makes you feel appreciated as a customer.🥰

I was eager to try your primer got all set up to the point of needing to pay. Was not happy there was an extra (different) product included (although showing free) but…I read the auto full price for the 3 items in my cart. Decided I should find any reviews that weren't glorified. Found very unsettling customer service (if any) and spam like problems with returns. Will not purchase because of those

I am a brand new customer but as for the questions that they offer and the guidance they give you throughout the signing up and shopping on their site they're very thorough and I'm excited especially for their primer because I have a lot of issues with my pores so I'm super excited to get started and because of the flexible replenish plan you can get anything you want anytime you want and they're not going to take anything from you unless you make sure it's right. So as of now I give them great reviews I didn't give them a five because I haven't tried the product yet but I'm very optimistic! I deserve to feel pretty again after the last couple years! Fingers crossed

I have been a customer for quite some time and this brand is by far the best foundation I have ever used. The quiz got my shade right from the first order. It has the perfect coverage, gives my face a porcelain finish and never looks cakey, dry, or patchy. Truly the best foundation and concealer I have used in my 30+ years of putting makeup on.

This is actually my second time ordering this...it's the most beautiful natural looking foundation I have ever used. It makes your skin look beautiful and it doesn't feel heavy or cakey. I have loved every product I have tried. I've even turned some people on to trying as well. Mascara hands down is the best I've used. The after party foundation, is a MUST. Second time I'm purchasing the primer, goes on like silk.

I've used every primer on the market, and several were great. But this primer is amazing. It creates the perfect canvas for your make up, and gives it extra staying power, with no cracking or caking. This is my second order of this product.

I don't understand how come if you for instance say by the primer $49 take the subscription which as soon as you get instant savings would make it 4410. It never comes out to that it's always still $49 why?

I was very skeptical at first as we women know it's hard to find the perfect foundation. One that doesn't break u out in pimples. One that people can't tell u wear it. Well the search is OVER lol this is it ladies. 100% satisfied with this. I received one that was damaged before but once I emailed them they let me keep the damaged one and sent me a free replacement. FREE. I will continue to purchase from IL Makiage. I never write reviews but I had to for this.

I'm extremely happy with the customer service and entire experience. They were so kind, helpful and responded so quickly. Literally the best customer service I've experienced from a company in a long time. Other businesses could learn a thing or two from these fine representative.

I saw the ad and took the questionnaire on Instagram. It looked and sounded so good from others reviews, I pulled the trigger and am trying it! The biggest draw was how well ppl said it matched their skin tone. I just ordered it today, so waiting to try it now! I liked the 14 day trial free return part, but hoping I won't have to! 💄💋👠

Not a good company. If you need to dispute, or cancel there is no one to speak to. When you have to purchase color matched products them can't speak with people to make the changes, it's not worth it. Too frustrating

I love their products. I use the.Poreless Primer since I have naturally oily and acne skin, it works really really well it doesn't clog my pores either. I've been thinking of doing the subscription, but I just haven't yet.

I was so looking forward to this foundation being amazing. Sadly it just doesn't work for me way too cakey and the coverage doesn't work for me. I've heard other people loving it, so I guess it really depends on your skin type.

I have had 4 bottles of the foundation and I love it. My last bottle however did come open, which made me a bit sad. I am now going to try the primer. I am over 50 and love that this foundation does not cake.

I bought some of your products before and when I went to replenish what I bought before, there's no way to just go and get the product. I have to go through all of the craziness again. Please make it so that people can actually click on "Shop by Product" as the menu bar would indicate. It was driving me mad and made me think twice about the effort being made.

Hi. I have 2 concerns. The first time I ordered the no filter gel for face it lasted the appropriate amt of time in my opinion. The second time, it ran out so quickly. Not sure if it was dry as well because the consistency was thick. The bottle cannot be opened to check so this made it difficult to see why I was out so quick. I'm ordering another one and let's see. Second concern is as I'm placing order I don't see what I'm supposed to put for free shipping or my birthday code. It didn't say if it went through. K

At first I didn't like this makeup, then I noticed how well it settles into your skin without accentuating the fine lines like some other "high-end" cosmetics do. I am now going to try some of their other products to see how I like them.
