on 11/9/15I've had my points frozen for 33 days now. I've been ignored with no response on any of tbh support tickets I've put in, and even contacted the offer wall that I completed the offer on and they told me they credited the points to instagc a couple of weeks ago. Support is trash and I'm reporting everything with all my proof of being ignored, them still having my points froze and the offer wall even saying they paid already. This was a game offer too.
Your frozen points will remain frozen for 2 weeks and you must use the trail you signed up for (to get those frozen points) for as long as possible before canceling your trial, otherwise your points may be deducted. If after 2 weeks your trial points are not unfrozen you can contact support. They are pretty quick on answering. Especially on weekdays.
When you complete certain offers, points for that offer will be frozen for approximately 2 weeks, if I'm not mistaken. If by then it is not released, you can submit a ticket to support.
