This is the worst website you can sign up to make money. The staff is very rude and ignorant. They ask you to provide an ID so they can tell if you are real. I provided 3 Identification documents, including my passport. As soon as I did they started to ignore me and haven't responded to my messages for 4 days. Remember they say account review takes less than 48 hours. How hard is it to look at an ID and be like yup legit, activate account? You need 2 days to look at an ID? And why do they ignore you? If you ask for an update they will ignore you more. I have attached the support tickets so you can see I am not lying. Update: Account is now fixed and I got all my points back. Thanks
The support accused me about having two accounts which no! I also earn 200 dollars on the site account then got banned for no reason 30 dollars and whole lotta time wasted! Use at your own risk. Not to mention almost 50% of sites will disqualify you.

Just totally rude with members! This is so unprofessional! Administrators need to look into this mod. He or she abuses users with nasty snide remarks. I am just a long spectator but ugh makes me not want to use this site!

I made over $1,000 last year, so I can't complain. At times you get frustrated with certain apps blocking you, but overall this has been the best survey/rewards site for me. The two LiveSample surveys a day have really been a boost to my totals. This month I am over $70 so far, and January is my worst month.
I wish I never stumbled upon this company. I joined up and with poor customer service and low payouts on the tasks/surveys there is only one word that describes my experience with them.

Eventually everyone gets banned for hacking or bots or fraud or whatever their falvor is this week, problem is most people they ban like myself have no clue how to do any of those things, so they just let you do the work, get paid then refuse to pay you and make stupid claims, scummy website run by scummy people!
This site will have you waste your time, money, and effort just to lock you out of the points you earn. Their support will leave you hanging for weeks on end. Do not trust or use their site. Complete scam.
Site used to be good, but has gotten really shady and bad in the last year. I cashed out for an Amazon gift card and they reversed and stole my earnings. The site says the reversals were for "Your Surveys" despite the fact that I have not earned using the "Your Surveys" function and made the credit using personal.ty clicks and Tap Research instead.
This is not the first time they have pulled this, reversing all of my earnings for something I did not even use on the site, and instagc just claims they don`t have responsibility and "Your Surveys" is responsible for the reversals, despite the fact that I have not used "Your Surveys" for nearly any of my earnings for months now.
Tip for consumers:
Use something more credible like Swagbucks instead. Waiting a day or two for redeeming gift cards is a pain, but they will actually honor it.

Surveys are a constant problem. Complete surveys and then you are told did not qualify. Didn't know that at the start? InstaGC blames everything on everyone but themselves. Do they not have the power to not accept the business of companies that do not pay for completed surveys? Of course they do. They, InstaGC, treats you as badly as the survey companies! No, do not tell me I did not want them to work. Are you as stupid as InstaGC?
First they have you send a copy of your ID, then they ask for more than that (a second ID or even a copy of a utility bill). It's almost as if they're trying to discourage you from joining. Okay, so I cleared those roadblocks. Then they took forever to pay me. And I noticed something; the more I took surveys the greater the percentage of surveys they gave me that told me I wasn't a match AFTER I already completed it. The way the scam works is they get paid by the advertisers because the survey is completed but they avoid paying me my share by saying I wasn't a match. Very dodgy site run by very dodgy people.
For the time you spend on the servery's you could be doing something else.
If you want to be there slave and work like 8hr's for $3.00 go right head. You will be wondering what happen to your life. Don't say I didn't warn you.
Instagc use to be good and now it's a joke. They can't keep up with their competitors and their support loves ignoring tickets. I would recommend avoiding this site for surveys.
I use to get quite a bit of surveys on instagc but the last few months it has been very dry with very little surveys. Their support is also quite rude so don't expect much help.

I've been earning with InstaGC for years without any real problems apart from being very slow and almost backward/$#*!ed in processing Paypal payments.
Originally for some reason when I registered my details my daughter's name was used, and although it was my fault for not checking, nobody from InstaGC questioned it and I cashed out without any problems.
However just recently support questioned this and after a long-winded explanation, they said it was not a problem and I cashed out again.
A few weeks ago I tried to cash out $6 to PayPal which I've told has been rejected and points returned to my account... Why?. Because of this name thing again!
I have honestly never heard such a big deal made out of such a small issue in my life!
Firstly support is rude and uses childish gibberish comments such as 'flip-flopping' between names'... obviously support are very uneducated in both grammar and professionalism.
Secondly, NO points have been returned so this is a big lie on their part, not to mention immoral and illegal too! And they know it!
If I am not allowed to cash out my points then why is InstaGC still allowing me to work for them? - it's obvious - because I am making them money! - which is why it is illegal.
Luckily for me, I own a blog with a following and am on countless money-making sites on social media, so InstaGC and going to get hit left right, and center with the worst reviews possible!
My advice is to stay away from this scum of a site!

They always deduct points from my account without justification and also several times a day didn't award points after completion of a survey. Really disappointed.
I completed an offer for 3,100 points which equals to a $31 gift card. My points were frozen. I was told that in a week they would be added to my account, after that week I was told a month. Something about them wanting to make sure the offer wall would credit the points. Its now been over 33 days, my points are still frozen and not been released to my account. I've put in numerous support tickets, and sent many messages on their facebook page as well as to the support team. I have not gotten a response in 3 weeks, I keep being ignored. I even emailed the offer wall that the completed offer come from and gave them all the information and screen shots, i was emailed back by them informing me that they credited my points in INSTAGC.COM a week ago, but yet they still won't release my points. Still won't respond to me either, even after I told them I know the points were credited. So, be careful their support team is trash and I had to even contact the BBB and another company that's reaching out to them now...
Most of the time you are just not earning points or any money. The surveys don't pay at all. Points never get updated.

InstaGC appeared to be a neat new site that I could use to answer questions and complete offers on. I signed up for a gamefly trial and was told that I would receive my offer credit within 2 hours. Well, a few days went by and I still had not received my credit so I reached out to InstaGC report as mentioned in the disclaimer. I was told to send Acorn (company providing the offer) a message and to wait 5 days. If I did not receive a response within 5 days, I was told to contact InstaGC again. After following these directions, InstaGC told me that I just needed to wait more time. How did we go from 2 hours to 8 days? If Acorn is not going to follow through on their promise then why would you promote their site on your site. Needless to say, I never received my credit. Stay away from InstaGC. You will waste your time completing offers and will not receive credit for it.
Next time a customer reaches out and has a problem, don't tell them to wait longer. Reach out to the offending company (Acorn) and see what is going on. I deleted my account as your customer service is terrible. It shouldn't take a review in order to get your company to do something about an issue.

Times have changed. But this site still somehow does not get with the times. KYC doc requests applied at inappropriate times against long time users after finally trying an app offer that paid over the value of the surveys id done for years. Talk about a slap in the face, and no I was not over tax threshold. They lose lifetime customers... but they keep your full payment for the app of course after you say I've had enough. It's really wrong... you should still get paid for the final work you did or they should ask for that upon opening the account or at some sort of a standard threshold. It was embarrassing and I laughed and left shaking my head. There's only 1000 competitors guys...
NOW why did I work as a contractor there you might ask? Well, I didnt know that would happen at that time and am pretty private and have shared my ID before. But it must make sense. And I just got the feeling of impropriety. They release fun chat codes and the mods seem to be more on the same page and protective and focused on profit and keeping things positive. They also run great holiday promos and other fun game like sweepstakes.
But my god fix your main offerwall and clean it up when offers are dead! It was like sifting through the elephant graveyard. Thanks for mutton lol

I watched a lengthy you tube video claiming to make thousands a week off of this one site. Signed up, just tried clicking around to see what I could get into to,to make some kind of points ring up (100 points gives you 1 dollar). Tried surveys that claimed anywhere from 40 points to 180 ish just to see what would happen. Soaked for my life story/identity and got zero points then blocked from doing any further surveys until I completed a task which involves going one of a list of websites and signing up for an offer which will probably plague you for years to come by selling your email address to 900 other companys. Its an information funnel. Your getting a few pennies for the dollars they are getting for clowning you into putting your own info in on other sites. Or maybe fractions of pennies. Cant call them stupid. I'm sure the only trouble they have in the morning is which lambo to drive out to which yacht. Because you know, this yacht has the helicopter, that one has the jet skies and the other one has the girls theyl ignore while they play video games. You know, sht like that.

They blocked me from cashing out after I posted a bad review on Pissed Consumer about a NON-PAYING survey. Then they REVOKED a bunch of previous gift card cashouts! Tango cards do not work like traditional gift cards. They are ONLY available as rewards OR if you have a "funded" account (which is really only for businesses). You get a tango egift card which can LATER be used for the gift card of your choice on the tangocards.com web site. Because Andrew Day had a hissy fit over a bad review (oh noes!) and [blocked my access to rewards (and chat LOL) "until I mark it resolved"](http://i.imgur.com/BIGWm8Z.jpg) The PREVIOUSLY cashed out and deposited INTO my OWN Tango Card account gift cards were ALL sent to ZERO. I have contacted the BBB, Tangocards.com, FBI Internet Fraud, The FTC, and his domain provider GoDaddy to inform them of his FRAUD!
InstaGC has to be ONE OF THE WORST free gift card apps I have ever done! They waste your time! The support tickets don't even work! They take forever to reply and sometimes never reply, the only reply when you make a duplicate of a support ticket! It is super frustrating and annoying, I spent months on the app just for it not to work! I definitely DO NOT recommend. The verification is SUPER ANNOYING and slow! It takes forever for them to reply to your support ticket, but even longer to verify your account! If you don't verify your account, you can't do anything! Which makes it EXTREMELY hard for the teenagers or kids wanting to do this, that's one of the main reasons why people search for free gift cards! I wasted all of my time, for it not to work! I can't tell anyone that I need help because they will never reply back! And if your account is being under review, everything is blocked! And nothing works. I came across instaGC when i was randomly searching how to make money or gift cards online lol. This site popped up. I thought it was a scam at first but as I got more comfortable with it I realized it was a great place to earn extra money on the side. Especially now that they have their direct deposit feature.
