They have merchandise at a great price! always purchase products for my boyfriend on jackthreads. they also have awesome gadgets, posters and other home goods. love jackthreads!

We appreciate the love, and are sorry to see that some of you had a tough experience under previous ownership groups. We wanted to offer an explanation. JackThreads was sold around 2017 and experienced a rough few years under two previous ownership groups (starting during the farewell sale in 2016). As of October 2022 JackThreads is now back in the hands of our original founder, with a growing assortment of product, exclusive discounts, and a fully staffed customer service team. Is jackthreads a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

JackThreads is legit and has been around since 2008. The company was sold in the early 2010's, and went through some tough times under that ownership group starting in late 2016. As of October 2022 JackThreads is now back in the hands of its original founder, with a growing assortment of product, exclusive discounts, and a fully staffed customer service team. Am i able to return items marked "final sale"? my son ordered some clothes and shoes and alot of them don't fit. he thought "final sale" was actually the name of the sale. how do i return some of the clothes and both pair of shoes?

Answer:

Any items marked "Final Sale" are offered to our customers at deep discounts, and therefore aren't able to be returned. This is pretty standard practice among all retailers anytime products are being offered at very deep discounts.
