Like many others have mentioned, contact your credit card company ASAP and ask for a charge back. Do not accept their store credit either. I am currently in the middle of a dispute with my credit card company because it has been 35 business days since my initial order placed in July and the remainder of my merchandise has not shipped. This is the third time I've cancelled an order because all or part of it did not ship. The first time they offered me a full refund no problem. The second time I stupidly accepted a store credit of $19.00. Now, the third time I have disputed the charge with my credit card company after they did not respond to three separate inquiries to cancel my order and refund my momey. In case you're wondering why I kept buying, I was a long-standing customer that had purchased from this company when it was NoMoreRack. For those of you filing complaints with the BBB, I'm not sure if it will matter, since Choxi is not a member. I would contact the Federal Trade Commission (you can file online) instead.
Yes I received a refund in the last month. NOT a full refund. At the beginning of this company they were fast to deliver your merchandise and the quality was very good. Right now the quality what quality I haven't received any products in two months so I canceled my order but because you're using a credit and free shipping that's what you don't get back from the money that you pay. Delete unsubscribe that is my recommendation. Insist that they put it back on your credit card. They will.
Don't accept their store credit, you'll place another order and wait another 2 months. And then they'll only refund you for the difference between the store credit and extra you paid (if had to) for the 2nd order. They'll magically forget how you got your store credit and genuinely not understand why you want money back for it, like that credit was their gift to you and you didn't pay for the first order. Just dispute with your credit card.
I only received a store credit. The funny thing is that I am going through the same thing right now! With my original purchase back on April (I believe), I received a credit. I then ordered another handbag, NEVER GOT IT! I ordered another one, got that one. I still had some money left over as a credit so I ordered another handbag back in July, still haven't received it. This whole experience is making me laugh at this point. Choxi does not care about its customers, that's quite obvious to me, and I will no longer be one once I am able to finally use all of my store credit.
I did get my refund, after hounding them via email for about two weeks, they tried to issue me a "store credit" to which I replied I want my MONEY back because I will NEVER order from you again. They replied it would take 7-10 working days and kept sending me "Are you satisfied now?" surveys to which I blasted them until I get my REFUND... NO! I did finally get my refund but what a headache!
I ordered from choxi over a month ago and never received my products but I was charged... I contacted them by email and called customer service and never received any communication from them even the customer service number was getting an office closed message... after 3 weeks I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got a refund through them. I was contacted 2 days ago by email from them with a crappy apology (mind you I never received a tracking number) offering to send me my products I told them to canx my order, account, and any further communication... they are crooks and I would cut my losses if I were you and dispute with your credit card company because Choxi won't give you a refund
I never received a refund but they credited me the total amount that I ordered from them. I cancelled the order since its been two months and never got my order. Then it took another two to three weeks for them to email me back stating that I have a credit. Great! Now, i have to order again so I can get my money's worth. Hoepfully my item will arrive this time. Argh!
I have not had any success, but I just requested a refund yesterday after not receiving my order for 7 weeks. Customer Service took 2 weeks to get back to me. They can only do a partial refund for whatever reason even though I received none of the items. They said I might in a few weeks so they can't refund what I might receive in the future. Doubt I will ever see any of my merchandise or partial refund. Done with Choxi. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
