Not a special case unfortunately. Been a customer for years and they have failed to even reply to my inquiry about a refund for my last order placed on July 20. Your chances of getting a refund are slim... they will most likely give you a store credit, if that. Most credit card companies have a cap of 60-90 days to file a dispute. If you haven't already, I recommend at least contacting your credit card company to reverse the charge. Otherwise, you can file an online complaint with the FTC like I'm doing. If you want additional information, you can search the web. There are hundreds of complaints against his company, especially from vendors who say they have shipped merchandise, but were never even paid by Choxi.
