JCPenney has the WORST customer service. If you ever have a problem with your order (and trust me, you WILL) - wait times are over an hour!
Why is it that the Stafford men's t shirts v neck, are rough,and in the same package one may be soft. My wife uses these to sleep in and likes them but can't figure out why some are soft and the others rough if made from the same material.
