on 1/10/16Hello, this is Nora from JJs house. We are gald that you are interested in our dresses. Normally it takes 15-18 days to prepare wedding dresses and 3-6 days for expedited shipping. We suggest that you can send us the item ID or link via service@jjshouse.com. We are more than willing to check the delivery time for you.
I cannot speak for the location as I live in the UK but I was very impressed with my wedding dress - I did pay the extra 20 pounds or so for them to use my exact measurements, however. The dress was stunning.
I would NOT order from JJ's House! Same company as Dressale and that is the worst company ever! Just google Dressale complaints and it is plentiful, like I am sure JJ's Ranch has an abundance of complaints as well! I am just saying I have experience with this ridiculous company!
Do not order from this company. Please check out JJ'S reviews and complaints. I wished I had search in greater details before ordering my dress. They are located in China. And receiving a refund is next to impossible. They won't even send a return form when you receive your item (s). You have so many other option to chose from, but this company should not be one of them.
Hi jillian I was worried about ordering from the Internet. However sent my measurements and my outfit was perfect. Can't comment on wedding dresses or other people's experience. Mine was first class. Would and will order from them again. Hope this helps with making your decision.
Hi Jillian, the only thing I can say is that I ordered a cocktail dress from them (I live in the U.S.)... and it was gorgeous. I myself was a little hesitant at first to order from the site... so one of the things that I did was communicate via email with JJ House. Whatever concerns or questions I had I asked them about it. One of the positive things about them is that they answer your emails. One of the questions I asked them was if I would receive my dress exactly how it looks online to which they responded yes... and it was true. Regarding size, I know they have the option to custom make your dress and I see it's worked for a lot of people. I actually opted to order a size bigger and be on the safe side, because it would be easier to take my dress to a seamstress and fix it then if for some reason I ordered a dress custom fit and it I did it wrong and it wouldn't fit me. It saves me the hassle of having to return it... so all in all I would definitely order from them again in a heartbeat. Good luck to you and Congrats on your future wedding.
