Linda Buyer you should be ashamed of yourselve, and your company! Your customer service dept Sucks and your scamming people out of there hard earned $$$, I think the newsroom should get involved here we are having the same problem with size, order off your size chart, gown gets delivered and like to size s to small could ny even get the zipper up!
It took me from April 17th to June 1st. A lot of frustration... I even reported it to Paypal. They couldn't help because company didn't cooperate. I got a refund only after I wrote a bad review. It did cost $33.75 to return through USPS. That is the only way they will accept it. The tracking has to go through customs and somehow when it gets to China, you can't track it down!
Oh yes you can! I also had a taylor made dress and it was huge! You have to push a lot and have to be harsh at some point. They are talented in communication. They offer some amount for the taylor costs etc. They make it extremely difficult to take the dress back. Eventually if you shout loud enough that you want your money back and what they are doing is ridiculous, you get somewhere. But trust me, it costs so much energy and time. Pain in the $#*!! Never again for me!
I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered the wrong color and couldn't exchange it. I was willing to pay for shipping, but they wouldn't exchange it. Their response was, it was special made for me in the color ordered. I am stuck with a dress I can't use. Ugh won't order or do business or recommend this company to anyone. I will make sure to detour anyone from ordering from this place. Very disappointed customer.
I was persistent in not accepting their initial refusal as well as subsequent low offers. It took several emails to get this issue resolved and I noticed a much quicker response to my inquiries after I posted a negative review. They requested that I remove my review from the website. No way! My case was passed between several managers in the company who each in turn tried their own tactics to refuse a refund. This is not an honorable nor ethical company and I told them so. They even called my house and left a message! Finally they offered a full refund of the dress minus shipping costs. Only after verifying receipt of my refund did I go to my original review and update it.
I was so unhappy i left a few not so nice reviews on several sites and they reached out to me and gave me a full refund (even with the shipping for return). They will ask you to remove your review but i just updated it to show they had great return service and the name of the rep but i did not remove it so that other people could know my real experience
Leave a negative review on several site - you can even cut and paste - that is the only time they escalated my request and fixed the problem. I went back and gave an update of my review but not until the problem was fixed even though they asked repeatedly for me to adjust my review. I was very honest and fair in both my initial review and the update.
