To return items, first customers need to contact us within 14 days upon receiving their items. For a dress in standard size (except for Final Sale items), you can return it once you are not happy with it, and if it is correctly made, the return postage shall be paid by buyers. And for a dress in custom size, if it arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error (Unavoidable color difference is excluded), you can get a full refund. While, if the dress is not faulty, we are afraid that the return will not be possible. In this case, our after-sale staff will still offer you satisfactory solutions.

Normally it takes 12-15 days to prepare prom dresses and 3-6 days for expedited shipping. We suggest that you can send item ID or link to us via service@jjshouse.com. We are more than willing to check the delivery time for you.

Dont touch this company I got a dress from them in total cost £160 there was a fault with the jacket and they would take it back, there is no hassle free returns. Then when I posted a bad review they said they would give me a refund and sent me a returns form with an address to where to send the dress. I sent this recorded delivery as JJS house requested and when Royal Mail went to deliver it they refused to take it. Avoid like the plague
