I think JJs offers a quality product and certainly lots of choices-if you're built like a tall, skinny model. All the products i tried were quality but could be better. For instance, not everyone has someone to help them dress; why not side zippers?

I notified JJ House immediately, providing pictures etc. They do NOT stand behind any conditions in receipt of purchase and shipment. They make it a terrible experience and still not refunding me or sending me a return label upon multiple requests.

Shipment was on proper timing. Outfit was almost true to size, body was perfect except shoulders were a little big so had to be altered for me. Length was also long for me and had to be altered as well. Really loved outfit. Very happy overall

Declared value invoice was $18. Dress cost $180. Resulted in $200 customs fine I had to pay to get dress released from customs. Absolutely no reply from JJsHouse for 3 days on this. Either major fraud or honest mistake?
EDIT: JJsHouse replied on my mail and promised to refund penalty.

I love this pant set. The color is a true Taupe color with a sleeveless lace top, a sheer jacket with lace and pants.
This will be perfect to wear with gold or silver shoes and accessories.
The fabric is a good weight and will be comfortable to wear. Can't wait till my next cruise to take it with me.

I am very pleased with JJ's.
I have purchased a gown for my granddaughters wedding this past September, so beautiful. I had many compliments on it the perfect color Aqua, I was able to get matching shoes. Purchased a pearl beaded clutch loved it, many compliments.
Recently purchased a long sleeve beaded top dress and pant set on sale at a wonderful price, Ordered 2 new clutches so beautiful and different perfect price.
I have never had a problem with any returns.

It took me a while to narrow down my selection as I had about 5-6 different gowns selected.
I ordered a Jade color tea length gown with lace beading and sheer 3/4 sleeves.
The color is perfect. I have ordered a matching tie for my husband and a new beaded clutch bag, silver satin shoes.
I will need to have the waist taken in some as I measured across the waist it measures 35 inches. My waist as I mentioned when ordering is 33 inches. May have it shortened about 2 inches also.
A second granddaughter is getting married July 2034 of which I have ordered a purple gown and either purple shoes plus or silver shoes.Thought I would just do it all now a little at a time.
It is easy to order and my gown arrived already.
You lists a purchase date of October 4,2013 it is 5/6/2023 with same order Number.
So pleased with JJ'S Keep up the good work I highly recommend your company to others.
I am a big cruiser and now have a new outlet for when I need something pretty and special and reasonably priced.

I tried on a few dresses a couple of times and getting them was quick and easy. The quality of all of them were excellent and returning them was just as easy. I found the perfect dress for my son's wedding in march2025 and even told the mother of the bride and she will be trying some on herself. Very pleased with JJ's!

I ordered 4 of my bridesmaid dresses custom size and 3 of them were incorrect.
I have photo evidence of the incorrect sizes but all customer service can say to me is that tape measurements can vary in size which is incredibly incorrect and a stupid thing to say? One of my bridesmaids dresses we ordered in 48 inches length and it has come in 42 inches. I have given JJ house over a week to resolve this but they have now ignored my emails which is extremely unprofessional.
I'm now left with one completely unwearable dress and the other two are going to have to wear dresses that a just to big for them because JJ House have got this wrong and are not doing anything to solve it.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who's planning on putting there faith in them for there special day!

I was so nervous to shop, let alone purchase online from JJ's. I couldn't imagine the kind of beautiful quality dresses that they make! I was expecting this site to be a scam after seeing some bad reviews from Reddit, but nope, it is absolutely legit. I received my order lightning fast (like 4 days?) and they were exactly as shown on the website. They didn't look like those Shein/Wish reality vs expectation dresses like I was afraid. What you see is actually what you get - these clothes are nice quality! Definitely try them out!

I'm shopping for my son's wedding and love the try before you buy aspect. I'm not sure about my size and don't want to purchase something & have it not fit. I live rural, so there are no bridal shops within a 100 mile radius from me, so this was convenient.

I have only ordered dresses to try-on at home, but will definitely be purchasing from JJ's House! Found the perfect place to buy a dress for my daughters' wedding this fall. You can find something very formal, or less formal for an amazing price and extraordinary quality. All the dresses are fully lined and have built in bras. Very quick delivery - doesn't get much easier than this!

I purchased a dress in February for an event in April, so I could get alterations if needed. Dress cost $248. I kept checking my order, and was getting worried because in one month the order was still "processing". I contacted them about it and got NO response. The order never shipped (they are in Singapore) but luckily I found a dress locally that I liked, and bought it. I canceled the order. JJ's House refunded me only $110 of my $248. When I brought this up to them, they went ahead and refunded my full amount. So yes they have beautiful dresses but plan on a good 6 weeks to get it.

This dress ran really small. I typically wear a 12. Ordered a 14 after reading measurements, figured I could have it taken in. I couldn't even zipper it up.
I emailed back and forth quite a bit with JJ customer service. They more than once said they cannot refund for this reason or another, I was finally refunded the return shipping and restocking fee. I had to explain myself too many times. This dress was definitely cut wrong. I would have kept it if it was right as it was just what I was looking for.
I read somewhere that they are out of London. I think not.
I understand people are happy with this company. I am not one of them.

I love the dresses JJ's offer, but I can never get my size in anything I want to try on. 2 shipments and 1 month of waiting for the right size and/or color in a dress I like. My daughters wedding will be here in 5 months and I'm still waiting. I want to find my size before I buy.
