Lisa U. It is being really ridiculous that you, as a competitor, always use this despicable way to mislead our customers. We do respect all true feedback from our customers. However, we will contact Sitejabber reagrding the comments you post and the purpose you post the dishonest feedback to mislead our customers.
No - it comes from the Republic of China and until you post something negative on this site they won't offer you anything. That's what it took for me and then you can only return it by mail (and that has restrictions too), no UPS, no Fed Ex basically no way to track it, even though it was sent to me UPS. I called them on that and they said it was a customs things... I say BS. I never did return my dress as I didn't want to spend another 30-40- bucks to ship it back only for them to say they didn't get. Their dresses are not quality and the rhinestones on mine looked like they came out of a bubble gum machine! SHADY BUSINESS! AVOID THEM!
