Destynie especially went above and beyond to ensure i was able to give my family the Christmas they deserve after the year everyone has had. Do not order from them. If your package gets shopped wrong they don't care they will charge u instead of stopping the delivery and returning the package and won't give u the product. They will send out separate packages for the items u placed in one order. Go to someone bigger and better for Christmas. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes they all were sent to the wrong address I tried to change it before delivery and manager was rude and would not stop them from being delivered. Five different tracking numbers and money gone don't buy from them.

Do not order from them. If your package gets shopped wrong they don't care they will charge u instead of stopping the delivery and returning the package and won't give u the product. They will send out separate packages for the items u placed in one order. Go to someone bigger and better for Christmas. Shoes didn't fit my son so I sent them back. It's been over a month since the shoes were delivered back to the company and I still haven't received a refund. Emailed customer service to be told the shoes were worn/damaged even though they were only TRIED ON. So I'll have to wait for a few more months I'm assuming to have my money put onto a gift card so I can be $#*!ed by this company again. I'll be surprised if they even send me the gift card 🤨 trash company will never order from here again! Have fun with my money you $#*!ing CROOKS!

I received my lemon ombre shoes extremely late and when I opened the box they were candy tie-dye and 2 right shoes. And then without warning, they refunded me my money, after stating the correct shoes were on there way. I received several updates about said shoes, that they would be arriving soon. This has been ongoing since January 18,2024. Customer Service just says sorry, have a great day. Probably the worst customer service experience I've experienced, they don't care, not that they should lose sleep over it, but offer something for the hassle you put me through. Just go to the store and buy them, save yourself the hassle.

I ordered one pair of shoes on 12/17. Order screen says they will be delivered in 3-5 business day. They are still not even shipped and it is 12/22. Now they won't be here in time. Nice of them to lie about that.

Very disappointed that they falsify shipping dates to get orders.

I ordered shoes on December 31St, it's now 17 days later and I still don't have the shoes. After five phone calls they offered me a $10 off my $150 order!. But they still don't have the shoes. I was told I would receive the shoes in 3 to 5 days when I originally purchased every call I have made to them they will say they are going to expedite the shipping and send it overnight. I received no communication and no shoes. Now they told me I have to go back to the store to receive my refund, 17 days later. This is the worst company to deal with. Absolutely horrible. No communication was ever received, even though they told me every time they would let me know by the following day what the status of my order is. This has been a huge inconvenience.

Tip for consumers:
The only thing the customer service says is, I’m sorry. I’m sorry is not going to fix their horrible customer service.

I ordered online 2 pair of shoes and made payments through Klarna! Because the shoes was delivered but not to the correct home, they didn't want reimburse me my money or resend the shoes! Do not trust Journeys! Go personally to the store and buy the product! Don't do online purchases! The house they delivered was green and my house is blue! I paid them so it's not about the money! But I guess Journeys needs it more than me!

Sent me shoes 3.5 sizes too big in a box that looked like an elephant stepped on it. Tried to contact customer service who doesn't respond at all. They also expect me to go to the store or pay $7.99 to return their screw-up. Get it together Journeys

Sales associate asked 5 different times wanting us to buy socks! I even explained that my granddaughter wears special socks but thanks! That didn't stop her. She went and got glow in the dark ones etc. She was too lazy to adjust her shoe strings so the shoes would tie better but she did want to sell us new shoe strings! Sad that you have a grown adult who preys on 6 year old little girls.

So I just opened up my order that I got in the mail because they didn't have my shoe size in the store, to find scuff marks and dirt wedged on the bottom of the shoes. Like whoever packaged these didn't try to make them look new. They were just plain ole dirty. This is so unacceptable. I'm not even going bother with customer support and send these straight back to the store.

Do not order from these guys folks!
They don't specify in the order procedure but once you pay they send you a confirmation email saying that it will take up to 25 working days to get your product, then they will over charge you. In my experience they charged an extra $10 in two pieces one of $7 and change and another one for over $2 then they say it's international charge that they have nothing to do with.
When I Finally receive the shoes From them they were the wrong ones and they kept bargaining with me about a refund and when I finally agreed after being tired of the endless email they said that it takes 28 business days to get the refund!
You better order from another reliable website but don't order from these guys!
I attached a photos of the charges the $79 was suppose to be originally $72 plus another charge of over $2.

I ordered a large order online with multiple pairs of shoes and a clothing item. They all came from different stores which resulted in multiple packages. One pair of shoes marked as delivered but it was was not delivered correctly and I could not find for a whole week. When contacting Journeys they gave 0 help. Not a recommendation on what to do or even store credit. I chatted online and spoke to an agent and they gave the same generic answer as if they were reading it from a piece of paper. So now I have to dispute with my bank because journeys would not help in any way and the shoes are no where to be found. I will never shop at journeys again. I would rather spend more at other retailers and have better customer service.
This is your warning. Do not online shop at Journeys.

I stood in journeys and waited with a converse shoe in my hand and no one greeted me or asked did I need help. I walked out then walked back in and still no greeting. I will definitely not be shopping here in the future.

Ordered shoes for my granddaughter and the shoes was dropped at the wrong door so she never received them. So after spending over 90.00 on shoes they will do nothing to replace them or refund. I sent them all the information and a picture of the door with the package they dropped it at. I explain that was not her door and they said oh well I apologize for any inconvenience this has cost but pretty much we can't help you.

This is absolutely the worst company in the world NEVER order shoes from them ever again unless you want to get your package in over a month! You will be on hold for over an hour just to ask a simple question their customer service people are very rude and unhelpful at the same time. Worse experience of my life with them. DO NOT ORDER! Please take my word you will regret it, you'll thank me later. THE WORSE COMPANY! Customer service doesn't even deserve a 1 they are a 0/5.

I can't stand Journey's. Horrible customer service in store and a website that is awful. They also double charged my online order for a pair of boots and then they refused to credit my account back even though it was their mistake. I will go directly through the shoe brand instead of messing with this horrible business.

Tried to initiate an exchange through their web site, but there is no way to print a shipping label for the "Free Online Exchange". Tried calling customer service but gave up after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Should have made the purchase from Zappos or Amazon.

I ordered a pair of sneakers which was shipped by fed ex and when they delivered it was thrown in my driveway for easy access to be taken. So yes it was stolen. I called journeys and they said they are nit responsible for this. Maybe they should be and provide another carrier that would do a better job placing package by the door. So journeys don't refund or ask if you would like the same order instead. Now they lost a future customer. That's how much they care.

Bought a pair of shoes for my son. After 2 days of wear, one of the shoes faded in several spots... obviously a defect. Because I did not keep the original box and packaging (expecting them to be quality), Journeys will not exchange or refund the defective product.
Don't buy from here unless you have a warehouse to store empty boxes!

Called 5 times, shoes never made it, according to them, unfortunately I used the return label that was provided in the box and didn't think of keeping a copy of it. My bad, guess I did not think it would happen. $65 went to trash. Company has no customer service, they apologize million times but don't do anything to help. Really dissatisfied with them.

I am shock when I got my Birkenstock sandals today. Came in a beat up box, no wrapping inside, no tag. However the buckles are different, black stuff on foodbed, dirt on sole. One side feels different from the other. I assumed it is poorly made so they were returned and was sent out to me when I ordered online. Waiting for them to get back to me on this. Horrible company to do this!

Not even a couple of years ago Journeys was one of the most efficient places to shop online for shoes with quick shipping and customer service responses, what happened? Tried to buy a pair of shoes last week, then yesterday I asked about when my shoes would be shipped out through their customer service, they said they'd been back ordered (which I was never informed of when I made the purchase, it said in stock) then they told me they'd be shipped 1-2 business days. The next day they canceled my order with no explanation, and still claim to have my size in stock on their website. What a bunch of clowns. There's better more reliable places to shop, avoid at all costs.

The stores, website and customer service are a joke, whatever it is you want buy it somewhere else. Store associate ordered the wrong size shoe, I ordered it myself on the website, after checkout I get an error message to call customer service to order my items. It's been over a week, 4 phone calls and an email later and I still do not have a receipt, confirmation or tracking number for my package. Last purchase ever with this company. I'll find it on amazon!

I was pleased with ordering from Journeys. I've been to the store and only purchased socks from them. I never order shoes online since I wear a half size and can never seem to find shoes that fit just right. Well, the website is pretty easy to maneuver and I ended up getting 4 pairs of converse, sperry's & polo for less than $200. To me that was a steal! And two pairs came straight from the store. I was always updated with confirmation and when my items were shipped.

Only issue I had was I got two pairs in the mail first and it had someone else's invoice inside of it. I waited until the second couple pairs came in but they just had mine on the outside. Even said it was handpicked by an employee. & one coupon for each pair of shoes! After the order I have received tons of emails from Journeys since then. I had to throw it in my spam folder. It took the average amount of days 5-7. And the shoes fit myself & my husband perfectly. I'd order from them again.

Make sure you order a pair of shoes that you are sure you want and know the exact size that you need. Receiving a refund takes up to 6 weeks after the return was processed on their end, which I never received even after 6 weeks. The exchange takes up to 6 weeks as well after they receive the returned shoes, and I am hoping I will receive my exchange and not get the faith in them crushed again.
