Our dog was coughing and we had no idea why. After a few hours I reached out to Just Answer. I explained our problem and in a timely manner I was given a suggestion on what to give our dog and within an hour or so he finally stopped coughing and was able to settle down and get to sleep. I was so upset not knowing what to do to help our dog and the assistant was very calming while we waited for the veterinarian to give me a suggestion on how to treat Cody. I am extremely grateful.

I had some questions on my 6 year old Golden Retriever. He recently had his birthday and I have noticed his coat is really dry and lack lustre. He does shed but not as much any longer and seems his coat is thinner than it has been. I recently changed what he eats to a homemade after researching. The vet suggested adding 1,000 to 1,200 U of fish oil to his diet. He told me if I don't see a change in 2 weeks to take him in to my vet for blood work. Need help and I didn't get the help I needed, the tech hung up in face I called back phone was answered but no one said anything for at least 3-4 minutes. Didn't get a service ID number or password as promised in a email. Tiered of trying to get help so please refund my $46.00 (forty six dollars)

Just set up new monitor with webcam and speakers. Would not work. Technician talked me through getting it to work. Very patient. Took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

It was after midnight and I have a broken leg. My 5 month old Yorkie had diarrhea all day and I was becoming very worried. While looking up remedies online JustAnswer was an option. Not sure if it was real or not but I was willing to pay $5 to talk to a vet. Best $5 ever spent. Within 15 minutes a vet called me and gave me all the information to help my puppy through the night and recommended if any blood in stool or continued diarrhea to seek care locally. Very happy to report that the bland diet ideas and medicine recommendations worked. My puppy is almost well. Still a little lethargic but that's to be expected, she's tiny! Thank you JustAnswer. Contacted eBay but got connected with Just Answer. Was getting info for a veterinarian. Would have had to pay monthly fee of around $50 per month for a continued membership. Canceled membership immediately.

I provided extensive labor and equipment operations for a guy in a time crunch and without the ability to do the work himself. Once the work was performed he is refusing to pay me. I have since learned that this is how he conducts himself and his business. We had a "gentleman's agreement". Now I'm filing a labor lien on his property. The attorney I spoke with was excellent.

Tte attorney was straight up with ALL legal options. Very straight forward and honest. Appreciate that and quick to respond. Many thanks. Situation was resolved and I learned the law here in New Mexico about rental situations.

Our vet closed early due to the holiday, and we were uncertain if our lab ingested a grape. Knowing they can be toxic to dogs, we did not know how to proceed. We were so thankful for the phone call from your vet who guided us and put us at ease.

This is now day three going into the same issue that I've been dealing with now, I still believe we're going in the right direction, and everyone that has given me a hand so far is genuinely done their best to help me, out so I'd like to give a shout out to you guys Good job, I know what I'm dealing with is no easy tasts, definitely keep up the hard work guys, thank you!

Chat line was tedious, but the vet did help and dog is improving after probably ingesting something which caused apparent hallucinations. We have wild mushrooms growing outside after the rain, but we never saw her ingest anything. It's still a mystery.

New Year's Eve and my heater is out. Corbin line with the technician and he patiently walked me through what was needed to do to fix it and within 30 min it was up and running again.

The vet was wonderful and offered me an affordable alternative to an expensive emergency procedure I could not afford. She helped my cat and helped me with a solution when no one else could. I highly recommend this service.
