Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Joshua gave me excellent advice and information on how to fix our plugged up toilet. He was patient and explained the different techniques and possible reasons we had a problem. And this 83 year old female did it! Thanks!

Due to the fact that I am a senior disabled and going to a vet usually cost about $200 just to see them and then get a prescription for A relief medication for my dogs would be too costly then I remember there was a service online. Thank you for your time again Sandra Mcinvale.
I called for advice on my dog who was ill. Dr. Emily called back quickly and was kind, caring, asked questions and listened and gave very thoughtful and detailed advice and recommendations. It was such a relief to speak with a vet and feel reassured about what to do. We saw our regular vet the next morning who confirmed her assessment and my dog was much improved by the end of the day. Dr. Emily was wonderful and saved me a very expensive trip to the Vet Emergency Department!
A Google search for help and advice
Mike Bragg was very helpful with lots of advice to get my new computer set up properly. As we all know updates to tech happen quickly and often and I needed someone who was fully up to date to guide me. Highly recommend.

After installing a new toner cartridge, the printer indicated that it was empty. Tried several remedial steps like ensuring it was properly seated in the drum, no foreign objects interfering with seating, and finally unplugging the printer and plugging it in again to reboot. Nothing worked. Turned to Just Answer and the technician quickly determined that the toner counter needed to be reset! Success!

My 2019 Ford Expedition had a check engine light. I changed the air filter because I knew it needed to be changed but that didn't fix the problem. I disconnected & reconnected the battery. Also cleaned around the fuel cap to be sure it was sealing well. All this to no avail. So I contacted Just Answer. Auzair was very helpful. After some discussion he advised me to order a code reader from Amazon. Which I have done. Under the circumstances I believe this is the only way to go for now. All the shops are closed for Laborday besides if I take to a shot it will cost a minimum of 3-4 hundred. I'll give this a shot.

Called in a panic light showing at the bottom of door. The door open chime going off. Calmed me down do this pull it out unplug fridge so it can reset. Tape the switches to shut off lights plug it back in.
Told me I could put the shelves back in I did and the new evaporator fan I purchased is doing it's job.

This was my first time on your system. Maybe I just didn't see it, it did not properly explain the cost. All that I saw was the $5 fee for the app. When an additional $30 show up on my credit card, I was surprised. That was not disclosed up front. You should be more forthright with your potential customers.

Convenient for when all vet offices are closed on a saturday afternoon leaving the only option as expensive hospital visit. I wanted to do all i could without that option since i dont have money and Loki just entered my life as a abandoned stray kitten.
They charged my 84 year old mother $2.00 for the question she asked and straight away took another $66.00 from her account, she realised and contacted them they told her they would refund it, that never happed but they charged her again the following month, she contacted them and got the same response only to be charged a 3 time the following month again. I just contacted them about it and they want me to pay for the answer. WHATTHE.?
