Our dog was coughing and we had no idea why. After a few hours I reached out to Just Answer. I explained our problem and in a timely manner I was given a suggestion on what to give our dog and within an hour or so he finally stopped coughing and was able to settle down and get to sleep. I was so upset not knowing what to do to help our dog and the assistant was very calming while we waited for the veterinarian to give me a suggestion on how to treat Cody. I am extremely grateful.

My puppy ate my medication. I contacted this site for help. We got our answer clearly and proceeded as directed. He answered all our questions. My dog survived and is full of joy about all the attention. I have already shared this site information with several pet owners and I know where to go in the future. Yes it cost me a fee. $5.00! That I could do.

I had some questions on my 6 year old Golden Retriever. He recently had his birthday and I have noticed his coat is really dry and lack lustre. He does shed but not as much any longer and seems his coat is thinner than it has been. I recently changed what he eats to a homemade after researching. The vet suggested adding 1,000 to 1,200 U of fish oil to his diet. He told me if I don't see a change in 2 weeks to take him in to my vet for blood work. I really appreciated having this service right at my finger tips! I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. I didn't have to wait long and it was only a $5 charge. (They said it was refundable?)

Just set up new monitor with webcam and speakers. Would not work. Technician talked me through getting it to work. Very patient. Took about 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
The you tube videos were no help. No one seemed to have a help video. My webcam and speakers would not work. Just answer tech was knowledgable, patient and stayed with me until we got it working.

It was after midnight and I have a broken leg. My 5 month old Yorkie had diarrhea all day and I was becoming very worried. While looking up remedies online JustAnswer was an option. Not sure if it was real or not but I was willing to pay $5 to talk to a vet. Best $5 ever spent. Within 15 minutes a vet called me and gave me all the information to help my puppy through the night and recommended if any blood in stool or continued diarrhea to seek care locally. Very happy to report that the bland diet ideas and medicine recommendations worked. My puppy is almost well. Still a little lethargic but that's to be expected, she's tiny! Thank you JustAnswer. Contacted eBay but got connected with Just Answer. Was getting info for a veterinarian. Would have had to pay monthly fee of around $50 per month for a continued membership. Canceled membership immediately.

I provided extensive labor and equipment operations for a guy in a time crunch and without the ability to do the work himself. Once the work was performed he is refusing to pay me. Chat line was tedious, but the vet did help and dog is improving after probably ingesting something which caused apparent hallucinations. We have wild mushrooms growing outside after the rain, but we never saw her ingest anything. It's still a mystery.
