Do the shoes come big or small for sizing?

Hello! This is from the JustFab team. We know that this question was raised over years ago, but we would like to address it.
The items are true to size. If they don't fit right, you can take advantage of our hassle-free 60-day returns and exchange policy starting from the shipment date (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size/color or you may also process a return for a store credit refund. You can process a return online and generate the pre-paid return label by visiting the order history and clicking "Return or Exchange".

I've only ever had an issue with one pair of their sneakers, but that is most likely my fault as I just had my son recently so my feet may have gotten bigger. Everything else I have got was true to size.

I have only bought boots on ther site and I feel like they were pretty true to size
