DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!

You can expect to NEVER get a refund from JustFashionNow for any items or an exchange on any items. This company is a scam. The clothes and shoes are warehoused in China. Therefore, all sizes are for small size people. If you order a size 10 it will be three sizes smaller even though the size says 10 on the order. The shoes are worn and scuffed and everything is cheap quality. It takes a month or longer for you to receive your orders and by that time most of what is not in stock will be back ordered. Once your order arrives in the US... it is THEN shipped from NJ or CA centers to you. I contacted BBB on this company and the shipping address from the packages could not be found; fake company address. JustFashionNow is a operation out of China with shipping connection in the US. You will never speak with a live representative... you are just given email/reply addresses for customer service when a random hired employee replying to you, out of China, probably. That BS of "95% of our customers love our products and service" is their way of staying a float and out of trouble which is going to catch up to them sooner or later. Oh, and the pictures you see on their website, is brilliant on their part bc it works; they did a good job on hiring models wearing the actual expensive clothes, you will NOT get, to draw in online customers; I give them 5-stars on that and only that. SCAM!

DO NOT purchase from this company. I ordered a dress which took forever to receive. Thinking that they had not received my order I ordered it again. I then received the two identical dresses a week apart. I tried on line to get a return label to no avail. I Emailed them and never got a response. I find out that it would cost me more to return those items than they're worth.
I will never buy from that company again and I wish they would stop advertising on my facebook and popping up. I have contacted my credit card company and they will be aware.

Definitely NOT. Be aware that every time an honest customer that has been cheated by this website and sister companies place a reviews. A couple of 5 stars new appear to counterbalance the bad reviews. If you read them carefully you will notice that THEY ARE FAKE REVIEWS. I notice that happens in other websites as well. Do not buy from this company. If you are lucky to get the goods they are not as in the pictures, of substandard quality. Not refund policy, not return. You will incur in expensive returns to china (which is by the way not their warehouse, is actually the company itself). Or like in my case the goods will not show up, and still not replacement or refund. Do your homework see how many people has been cheated by this scammers.

All these complaints are consistent. Sent my wife a dress size 4XXX instead of a size 14. Would only refund 15% of cost. I filed a dispute with the bank and after investigation refunded my money.

The site put out a warning that this company is encouraging people to give them an excellent recommendation. Two ways too look at the positive response. 1. They got the correct items they ordered and enjoy them. That's fine and I'm glad they're happy. 2. People were "encouraged" to submit positive reviews. Take which one you want.

95%? Where the hell did you come up with that number. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Everything they sell is a VERY CHEAP KNOCK OFF... bad sizing, super cheap fabrics, late and sporadic shipping.

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. I am having my bank reverse the charges and reporting them to several entities. I am going to find a class action lawyer for, inter alia, Title VII.

NO, 100% don't do it! The sizing is way off, the quality is terrible, its all polyester and the return policy is ridiculous
