I am asking for same return address but no reply... did you end up getting a refund?

As we check, we responded 10 days ago.

It is a huge rigmarole getting the Return Label and once you get it you have only a week to return the items. Then at the post office you will discover that the postage far exceeds the value of the item(s) ordered.
