I am looking for the curtains that go with the Marianne Ivory bed set. I can't find them.
I am from Canada and this is my problem... I purchased a comforter set, which doesn't fit on my bed. Mattress is too high. I have an RMA Number, and have tried to return it via Fed Ex. The won't take the box as they say the zip code I have is not valid. Have called customer service and was assured this is the correct zip code. How do I return this to you? It was shipped out to me from Burnaby B. C. Can I return it there for full credit on the items?
Reading all these very bad reviews. What is your regurn policy if items don't fit from Canada

Why is everything so wrinkled?
Why are they still in business. They steal money from customers. They send out horrible merchandise and when you attempt to return they will not refund your money

I definitely advise you check KingLinen website and/or call their Customer Service department. I just as definitely, doubt you'll get a satisfactory response.

I would could KingLinen and cancel it, get something in writing (like a cancellation email) and then you will have proof of cancellation to submit to your bank if your money doesn't get refunded. Good luck, this company needs to be shut down!
