I would love to know if anyone has ever actually got a package from this company? I'm so pissed how can they get away with this

How to look at photo of delivery?
Do they (LaserShip)ever try to retrieve lost packages? Are the drivers ever penalized for this, which looks like a pattern of theft in my opinion.
