I placed an order for today but it was not accepted so i did add more tips. for how long should i wait and how to cancel if nobody accepted it?

Answer:

Wow, guess I'm not needed, didn't know we had so many fans on here. Of course there's a few customers that have been ban from the website that are complaining but they're just mad we don't provide them service anymore because they're horrible people ;)

How come you dont pay contractors what you owe them and also it sais 9 days in the contract.but you dont call or email the contractor you just dont answer...explain any of this...

Answer:

All contractors are paid unless the customer says the contractor did not do the work and requests a refund. Contractors work for the customer not LawnMowingOnline.com. Message the customer and ask why they cancelled and requested a refund.

How much do contractors get paid?

Answer:

It depends on what the customer ordered and the tip the customer left. Some contractors only take bidding jobs which can be any amount since customers can order any service now, not just lawn mowing.

Why do you keep contractors and customers money and will not answer their emails or ph calls?i notice you avoid all contractor questions. i have talk to several customers whom i did jobs for and they paid in advance with no complaints yet you will not pay me what you owe! answer these questions please...

LawnMowingOnline does not keep contractors or customers money. We respond to every email. There is no phone support. If you did not receive payment, it's because the customer said you did not do the work and requested a refund.
