I was about to sign up for Lawnstarter in my area until I read the reviews. What are you doing to improve your customer service?

I've had wonderful response from LawnStarter. I suggest leaving a message with your concerns and request a return phone call.
I pray your issues are resolved. Any questions or concerns I've had were answered quickly!

I really can't answer for others, but the lawn care was a gift, for the holidays, for my husband, and he loves it. They come every 2 weeks and do an excellent job.

Customer service in my opinion is above all others especially with their app and texting updates.

They have caused damages in multiple areas and do not contact you regarding said damages. You are on your own. Business is not insured!
