I really can't answer for others, but the lawn care was a gift, for the holidays, for my husband, and he loves it. They come every 2 weeks and do an excellent job.
Customer service in my opinion is above all others especially with their app and texting updates.
Talking to your service team will make sure they know what you want before they get started!
They have caused damages in multiple areas and do not contact you regarding said damages. You are on your own. Business is not insured!
