on 5/31/19So far, my experience has been good except for annoying emails & notifications. I'm in Austin, TX and have services bi-weekly. I've had 2 communications to delay services (rain and upcoming mow moved after Christmas day) and both are reasonable. My old service was closed on holidays and delayed for inclement weather as well. The quality of work has been very good so far. I may just be lucky to have a good crew in my area. I had used this service a few years ago in a different area of town, and the quality of work was not as good. I think location matters.
I found them unreliable and my service was often delayed several days or a week or more.
Do not hire this company. They never have a reliable subcontracted people. They will charge you even the service is never done and cancellation with proper notice.
Find another lawn service! What you want they cannot provide! I had a month of excuses and lies! Only charges for NO service! I had to dispute the charges with my bank because they said they were going to refund my money but never did!
I think this company takes on way too much work and they don't have enough reliable people to do all the jobs. I wouldn't hire them if I were you
Do not use this App if you need consistency. My crew failed to adhere to a weekly mow schedule, would reschedule/skip mowing appointments on my behalf, then still bill me! The App won't refund me because the crew hasn't responded as to whether or not they actually mowed. The whole thing is a scam.
Don't use them - they spent less than an hour at my place, didn't do the job right as specified on their contact form and charged my account $65.76 for what was supposed to be a $19.99 job without any communication what so ever! I haven't been able to get resolution after more than a week. I reported them to the BBB in Colorado Springs.
