How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at LegalShield?

Very difficult. They call after hours and you cannot call them back until morning. Then in morning they are busy. Every time I called, they put me on hold for 20 minutes or more. When the lawyer finally got back to me, she was great but then I was late to an appointment. The receptionist is quite weird.

Very Hard. They have a oine of people that will first confuse you as to who u are really speaking with.
I belive they have a filter system that keeps bad complaints from reaching the accual help level.
If I owned this company I'd love to know how the customers are being targeted and treated.
Unless he or she is in on the SCAM.
Especially if your complaint is real valid and of a legal nature... they will avoid the hell out of you.
Have yet to make contact with an ACCUAL LEGALSHIELD CORPERATE WORKER THAT CARES ABOUT LEGALSHIELD NAME AND IT ADVERTISED PURPOSES.
