Once blocked by a user, after being cursed out, there is NO option to Flag a listing & it seems like fluffing does no good unless many multiple people choose to do the same thing. Listia does not harass members though. Their customer care is fast, effective, efficient & friendly. I just am in awe about how high the dollar amount to credit worth has gotten in the last couple of years. I miss the old Listia. I don't think they should have ever began listing how much credits go for per dollar amount. People ignore it regardless, so why have it? I have seen $30 items on there for 2,000,000 credits & Listia allows that. *Smh* Also, one thing I would want to be able to do on my account is have a section that I can explain my interests in. This would be helpful because then a user can contact you & say "hey, I usually post tools, vapor products, toys, electronics, gift cards etc., etc., etc. This would make it easier than going back through a seller's past auctions to see what they typically post. This is just an idea for Listia that I do hope hey consider & take seriously. It would not affect the auction process. I know it sounds like if they did that then people could take advantage of the "system" & set up an auction for their friends, leaving others no chance of winning. That would not be the point of my mentioned idea. It would just give users an advantage of quickly looking up items they have TRUE interest in. They have come so close to becoming more & more like eBay, a company I worked. I read someone saying they watch videos to gain credits, as so I, as well as list auctions. I just believe there should be a section in your personal profile about your likes, needs, and hobbies. Also there should be, strictly in my opinion, a section indicating what you tend to bid on or generally are interested in. I know I will receive mal feedback from people for my opinion, but remember this, it is an OPINION. I hope Listia moderators & staff do see this & start to make small potential changes. Listia is great about refunding credits to a user if an auction you have bid on goes wrong. I just wish people would realize this site is about fun & getting rid of the old & bringing in the new, versus people verbally attacking each other, judging auctions & so much blocking that it truly limits your auctions. Basically, I do like Listia, a LOT! Things have just changed in their TOU & I need to adjust to them like every other user. I still FIRMLY disagree that a seller can list a GIN & have their starting bid beginning at over half the amount of said GIN, therefore erasing the GIN option. If a GIN offer is made available by the seller/ lister. I personally feel that it should remain that way until the end of the auction. They took the chance of setting the GIN. There should be NO advantage in gaining extra credits than they had requested as a top bidding amount. Enough of my rant & opinion. Anyone who listens to the crap tom f is putting out, he is just trying to make listia look good, that is why they have 75% negative on the internet, their job is to close peoples accounts when they are being bullied and fight back or have too high of credits, we had 800k and they took all our points with crap we were rude, no, we defending ourselves from rude commenters, maybe if they stopped allowing commenting for social chit chat and for asking questions about products only but either case they are crapo, they even tried to have me sign a Non Disclosure agreement so i couldn't post negative stuff about them, A NDA is for employees, not members of their site, it is just a tactic which proves they are doing illegal crap and need to shut people up
