I should mention further that I signed up for the $250/month service, which was steep for me as I am not a real estate professional. Therefore, the extra charge was for approximately $500 that I was requesting I be credited. Whether Loopnet believes they are justified or not, I am clearly a very unhappy customer.

Cancel your credit card I signed up for a 1 month charge of $87.95 after they charged my card a second month I call and told them I did not want to continue they told me I signed up for a quarterly service so I let it go, now they charged me again and said I signed up for a annual. I just canceled my card no more charges. Loopnet are crooks and very dishonest will not ever use again.
