Thank you for your question. Obagi products containing hydroquinone or SPF have expiration dates. The FDA does not require that other skin care products have an expiration date on them, if they are good for three years after the date of manufacture. Also, please note that Obagi offers 2 NuDerm Systems, their original system referred to as RX and the newer hydroquinone free system called NuDerm FX. The original NuDerm RX line has some products that contain hydroquinone, like Obagi Clear #3 and Blender #5. However, the Obagi NuDerm FX line does not contain hydroquinone, therefore there are not expiration dates on the NuDerm ClearFX #3 and NuDerm BlendFX #5.
