I've been a loyal customer for years with lovely skin. They were offering a promotion buy a full size Elta md sunblock receive a trial size for free. Anyway this free travel size product is expiring in two months. So you're trying to get rid of this expiring product so you're offering it for free to your customers with a full purchase? Basically this sunblock is useless as a free gift considering its expiring in two weeks considering this promotion was running end of August and i purchased this product at that time. Beware of lovely skin offering these promotions and free trial size anything or free anything because the item that you're receiving is most likely expired or expiring! If I didn't read the expiration date my skin would be damaged and not protected. Check your products you purchase from this company! The trust is broken for me. For a reputable company offering free products that's expiring how awful. Now I'm wondering if the free samples they offer to their customers are expired?! Do better lovely skin. I'm highly disappointed! I never received anything saying this free item will be expired. Are you kidding me? Why would you give anything for free to anyone if it's going to be expired in two months? I was looking for a discontinued product and anything that would compare to that. I initiated a chat with customer care & was blown away by how helpful the representative was. She was amazing. She gave me multiple suggestions which helped me make my decision.
They offer free shipping and they also give you samples to try. My only regret, is that I have never came across this website before. They have a rewards program when you sign up, which will be helpful in the long run.

I ordered one small bottle of hair oil. Yet it has been sitting in transit all this time, not moving. I called customer service and the lady that answered the phone said that they will try to locate my order.
This company did not get the memo from all the other thriving companies selling make-up and skin products online… if a customer cannot test your concealer in person, you must be willing to accept returns. They did not. I am stuck with a concealer that is super chalky color on my skin and that I cannot use. I was simply trying to exchange for my color match! Reason given? The manufacturer does not accept returns so Lovely Skin cannot accept it either. Whaaat? Worse part. I had mistakenly clicked for 2 of the product. I'm stuck with both. That was the first and last purchase from this company. They will not last long in the e-commerce space with such lack of integrity. Stay away! Many other great companies online. Sephora. Dermstore. Timeless Skincare. Etc etc

Is there a zero option? False advertising! I placed an order for the prescribed solutions cleanser and it says to call and indicate which booster you would like. When I called they said the booster was $10 extra and they would be charging my CC! (no where in ordering does it states there is a $10 charge) My local dermatologist office has these products cheaper and don't try to trick you. Horrible customer service by BRE. I will be cancelling my CC so they don't have access to it. Thats what I get for trying to get my products online for a better price :o(
Wow, where do I begin! I was looking for French pharmacy skincare available to USA consumers without having to worry about currency ect. OMG I ran into LovelySkin by chance. Their selection is awesome. They had all the products I was looking for. I have made a total of 3 purchases from LovelySkin.com in the last three weeks. All were shipped within two hours! WHAT?! This was their standard shipping ok! I have gotten all of my orders within 3 days. Amazing!
I've made several purchases (5+) from the site and always received quality product and reasonable shipping. Never had any issues with ordering, product, packaging, etc. I personally would recommend this site to others.
I have been using Jane Iredale for a little over a year and have been extremely pleased with every product I've tried. My last purchase was the Pure-Pressed Blush in Whisper. This blush has a slight glimmer to it which brightens my complexion. You only need to use a very small amount, so it lasts a long time. It also remains on your skin, so the need for touch-ups is rare. I may change colors at some point in time, but it will be a JI product.
I purchased a face cleansing balm at ulta which I really liked but found the price on here to be better. I could tell a difference that it wasn't like the first product that I purchased at ultra. I ended up buying another one directly from the manufacturer and I could see differences on the bottle such as a missing barcode from the one I received from lovely skin and some other differences and it just seemed suspicious. I would very hesitant purchasing anything from them again. I have no idea what I've been putting on my skin all this time and who knows if it's toxic or not since it's probably fake. I would stay away. Don't waste your money!

Purchased Skinceuticals -- purchased during a 20% off special. The packaging on two of the products was faulty (faulty pump). Since it had been past their 30 days they would not replace product. Will never buy from them. Product is great -- Lovely Skin is a terrible company.
I was a Lovely Skin customer for years until they sent me a soon-to-expire NeoCutis product and then tried to blame me for their selling products that expire in less than a year after purchase.
They used to be so good, but as of late, their practices and customer service are absolutely abysmal.
Plenty of other options out there for skin care products, especially for those companies that truly value their long-term customers.

I am dealing with the loss of family and a serious surgery and lovely skin uses my credit card without my authorization. They give me the WORST time trying to return as I now have to do all of the work for something that was cancelled and they didn't pay attention. They continue to talk over me and hang up on me as if they are doing me a favor. I am very disappointed I have given good business to a company who doesn't appreciate any bit of it.

I placed my first order and used a 20% coupon on the product. Upon putting in the code it said Promo code applied, at no time did it reflect the product exclusion pop-up window. Upon noticing the Promo Code was not applied I contacted the company 3 hours late regarding the discount issue. I never got a response until the following day and of course they tell me about the exclusion policy and show the Pop-up Exclusions Policy, of which I never received and they refused to cancel the order because it already been processed. Total Crap... Beware of this company... I will never do business with them again!
I have ordered from them twice and both times my shipment was quick and the product of quality. I saved money by ordering on this website as opposed to ordering from the manufacturer's website which is why I decided to order from here. I haven't had to deal with Customer service yet so if I have a different experience I'll be sure to let you know.
I love the powder facial sunscreen I bought from this site. It is very easy to apply. It isn’t greasy and oily like most sunblock. It is more like a powder makeup that leaves a more matte finish. I sometimes use it just when my skin is looking a little oily even if I am not going out in the sun. This site sells a lot of really nice quality skin care products.
I was so shocked to see the bad reviews. I've never had an issue with customer service, in fact they have gone above and beyond to help me. Its obvious some of these people are mad because they didn't read their return policy or they made the mistake and want to blame LovelySkin. I will continue to use LovelySkin as long as they are around :) I appreciate their wonderful customer service, free samples, selection of products, quality of products, rewards points and discounts and above all their FAST shipping. I consider myself a savvy shopper: I research product prices, make the most of promos, and read/dissect reviews. I've been using LovelySkin for about 7 or so months and I have made about 5 purchases. Thus far I've had zero issues. Prices are competitive for the products I've shopped for and delivery seamless. Equally as important, the products have been fresh and I've never had a cause to question it's authenticity or had a need to contact customer service. If I am as satisfied in the future with them as I am now, I will undoubtedly update my review to include a 5 star rating.

I've been a Lovely Skin customer for MANY years. They have authentic products some of which are only available through dermatology offices, and they are able to offer these because they are owned and operated by a dermatologist. They have amazing prices and a rewards program that cannot be beaten. Their regular shipping is free and I get my items quickly. I've occasionally had to return an item (twice that I recall) and the process was very simple. I wouldn't consider getting my skincare products anywhere else: Lovely Skin is the Bomb!:)

I would not use this site based upon poor customer service. They accidentally sent the wrong item and continued to insist via email that I chose the wrong item. I think I know what I use! They offered an exchange at my expense and refused to acknowledge their error making sure to reiterate that the error was mine. I will not use them again.

One of the reasons I stopped ordering from them is their less than friendly refund policy. If you open the bottle and have a reaction, you are stuck with it. After a couple times being burned with that, I stopped shopping and went to the DERM STORE. I can say I do like the samples they send out, but other than that it would take a revamp of their refund policy to get me back.

This review is not about the product, it's about LovelySkin. They don't care about their customers. They twice told me my credit card was declined, the reason I hadn't received my product. NOT the case. It's an Amex and I use it regularly without an issue. When I told them, via Chat, it couldn't have been declined and reentered the information incase that was the issue. They said it was declined again. Then they said oops our error, we didn't try to reenter it. The point... they couldn't have cared less, I would take my business elsewhere. I see from the BBB they have other complaines. Stay away from this company, they don't care about their customers.

My deceased husband purchased a gift certificate for a clay masque which I found after his passing. I called Lovely Skin to redeem and explained the situation including that it was expired. The reception told me no problem and I booked an appointment for several months in the future since I had a class reunion coming up and wanted to look my best. When I arrived the reception treated me like trash and stated that they would not honor the gift. I asked to speak to Office Manager, she was no help because whoever took the call did not leave notes. I called ahead to ensure my gift certificate was good only to discover they care very little about people. I was hurt and felt like I had been kicked in the face. VERY RUDE people.
