Hi, my friend, May I know your order number and what kind of wig you purchased? Our wigs come with medium cap size 22.5 inch. If it is big for you, would you like to try to fold the elastic band and sew it a little bit, this will be tighter to hold secure. But as far as possible, do not sew the part that touches the lace. Some customers will use the headband to make the wig more fit. How about a try? For our 360 lace wig, customized 4x13 frontal wig and closure lace wig, we offer large(23.5 inches), medium(22.5 inches) and small(21.5 inches) capsize. For our U part wig, we offer small cap size. We write the size option in the FAQ. If you want small cap size next time, pls check what kind of wig you buy or you can send an email (stella@luvmehair.com)to us to confirm. Or you can leave a message in the order notes, then we will contact you.
Hi Joy, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you paid by Paypal, once we arranged the refund, you will get the it soon. If you paid by credit card throgh Paypal or paid by credit card directly, the refund may delay a few days because the bank needs time to handle the money. Normally it will take 3-10 business days to get the refund. Pls don't worry.
