Hello Nicole, We answer all emails and DMs in 24hours, we have a dedicated team for customer service.
I had no problem getting hold with someone using mail or Instagram.
Let's just say I sent an email about my item that wasn't receive as described last Monday and now it is the following Monday and I've still no response. This is also how long I've waited on a DM Instagram response
